• Shut down features with little notice
• Users who cannot access during maintenance receive no compensation

3.3 No Liability for Interruptions

You accept full responsibility and risk for:

• Keeping backup copies of important files

Vidyari uses third-party services (Cashfree, Firebase, Supabase, MongoDB). We are NOT liable for:

• These services going down or having issues
• Data loss with third-party providers
• Service quality of third parties
• Privacy breaches at third parties
• Their actions or negligence

Vidyari may contain links to external websites. We are NOT liable for:

• Content on external websites
• Availability of external sites
• Malware on external sites
• Actions of external site operators
• Your interactions with external sites

5. Data Loss & Backup

5.1 No Backup Guarantee

Vidyari makes NO guarantee to maintain backup copies of your data. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your own backup copies of purchased files
• Storing files in secure locations
• Not relying solely on Vidyari's servers
• Regular backup of your account data

5.2 Data Loss Scenarios

We are NOT liable if files are lost due to:

• Cyber attacks or hacking
• Accidental deletion
• Hard drive failures
• Natural disasters
• Provider negligence
• Your account being closed/terminated

6. Security & Fraud Disclaimer

• NO SECURITY IS 100% SECURE
• Sophisticated attacks may succeed
• Zero-day vulnerabilities may exist
• Insider threats cannot be completely prevented

Vidyari is NOT liable for unauthorized access if you negligently shared credentials.

You agree to indemnify (defend and pay for) Vidyari against any claims arising from your use of the platform in violation of these terms, your infringement of intellectual property rights, content you upload, or your violation of applicable laws.

11. Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is found invalid or unenforceable, that specific provision is removed, but all other provisions remain valid and enforceable.

12. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Information Technology Act, 2000.
