Policy Scope This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to orders and services on the Vidyari platform. Unlike our Refund Policy which covers post-purchase refunds, this policy explains cancellations made BEFORE or DURING the purchase process.
If you have added items to your cart but have NOT proceeded to payment:

After successful payment but BEFORE downloading, you have up to 7 days to request cancellation. The file must NOT have been downloaded, accessed, or viewed.
If you purchased a subscription (course, membership, recurring content), you can cancel anytime with no fee. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.
If you need immediate cancellation, email support@vidyari.com with your request, subscription name, and order ID.
Courses purchased are generally permanent access. They cannot be "cancelled" or "returned" after purchase in the traditional sense, but you can de-enroll to remove them from your dashboard.
If you initiate a file download but want to cancel, simply click "Cancel" in your download manager. Your purchase is NOT affected, and you can re-download anytime.
Check product descriptions for access terms. Perpetual access courses last forever, while time-limited access expires on a specified date.
As a seller, you can remove content, but existing buyers retain lifetime access. You cannot revoke access to sold content.
If you close your creator account, your listings are removed, but buyers keep access to purchased content. New sales cannot occur.

After cancellation approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the same payment method used for purchase (Credit/Debit Card, Digital Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
Cancel anytime before download. Refund takes 5-7 days to appear.
Instant cancellation available. Refund appears in wallet immediately.
If charged twice, email billing@vidyari.com immediately. One transaction can be cancelled and refunded.
If you purchased by mistake, act quickly (within 7 days) and request a refund BEFORE downloading.
